    SmartSurvey Named Category Leader for Form Building Software with a User Score of 95%

    More industry accolades for our survey software

    We’re delighted to be recognised as a Category Leader* for the performance of our software which can not only be used to create Surveys but online forms too, in a freshly published report from leading business software discovery platform specialists, GetApp. This latest achievement spearheads a raft of industry recognition, which also includes multiple accolades from Gartner Digital Markets’ with industry badge wins that consist of ‘most recommended survey software’, ‘best customer support’, ‘market research category leaders’ and ‘forms automation frontrunners’.

    Simple to use software that enables seamless data capture and collection

    Based on user reviews of key performance indicators including ease of use, functionality, customer support, likelihood to recommend and value for money, SmartSurvey achieved an overall score of 95% in the forms automation category, which places us at the top of the list of all the business apps that were reviewed under this Category Leader group for 2020.

    We pride ourselves on our software’s ease of use, so it’s really pleasing to receive such strong user recognition for the software we provide for them to build web forms, online questionnaires and surveys. It’s also testament to the popularity of our survey software, which continues to grow and recently passed the 300,000 user mark, despite the challenges that everyone has experienced in 2020.

    This latest industry recognition is also reflective of the work we’ve done over the last 12 months to further improve our solution and customer support.

    New additions to our product and development teams, with the recruitment of a product manager and more front and backend developers, has further deepened our understanding of how customers use our software, enhanced our solution’s performance and accelerated the release of new functionality.
