SmartSurvey is an FSB National Awards finalist!

We are thrilled to announce that we are a Digital Business of the Year National Finalist in the FSB Celebrating Small Business Awards, and we will be heading to London for the Grand Final in May.

Back in February, SmartSurvey was named as ‘Digital Business of the Year’ for the South West at the regional final that took place at Somerset County Cricket Club. Finalists from all sectors and across eleven award categories, from product innovation to business exporter, have already been awarded as area winners of 12 UK regions and will now go head to head to win the UK category award.

With over 1892 entries taking part in 12 regional finals across the length and breadth of the country, the time has now come to crown the national champions!

Managing Director, Abid Naser, commented, “This is a massive achievement for SmartSurvey and shows how successfully the business has grown over the last couple of years, demonstrating that our customers are happy and satisfied with our product and services.

We are expanding as a business and growing as a team, and our long-term strategy is to develop into global markets. With increasing importance placed on data security, the environment is ripe for expansion, and we were particularly pleased that the Judges recognised us for our security, data, and ethical trading policies”.

With the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) being implemented in May, business has been growing fast with organisations migrating to SmartSurvey from US-based competitors due to the compliance measures that have been implemented.

FSB National Awards

The FSB Celebrating Small Business Awards promote and recognise innovation, enterprise and accomplishment amongst the UK’s 5.7 million-strong small business and self-employed sector, allowing the UK’s smaller businesses to shine.

The UK finals of the FSB National Awards take place on 3 May at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London, hosted by impressionist and comedian Jon Culshaw. The finalists and their supporters, along with more than 400 guests from the UK’s enterprise and business worlds, will gather for a drinks reception followed by a three-course dinner and award ceremony.

The formal awards dinner is expected to be a sell-out event and will be an incredible night of celebration and recognition.

We are up against some stiff competition from eleven fantastic businesses, but there can only be one winner! Check our social media reports on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn for results from the night.

The full list of finalists can be viewed on the FSB Celebrating Small Business Awards website.
