SmartSurvey change of Company Name

If you are already a client or supplier of SmartSurvey, you may have received an email from us letting you know that we have officially changed the company name from Smartline International Limited to SmartSurvey Ltd. The change became effective from 11th April 2016. Read more to find out what this means for you...

Why was this done?

The change provides a seamless brand experience by reflecting the product in the company name. Our powerful brand equity reflects our promise of providing SmartSurvey solutions to our customers, and we want you to know that our survey software is always at the forefront of our minds.

Unless you have absolute clarity of what your brand stands for, everything else is irrelevant.

How does this affect me?

This won’t affect anything that you do, SmartSurvey will continue to operate in exactly the same way. You will notice a change of company name on your invoices but apart from that it's business as usual. The company number, VAT number and address details all remain unchanged.

We are emailing all of our customers to let them know about this change, however, if you are responsible for managing invoices, please ensure your Accounts Department changes the company name on your invoices to the new name, SmartSurvey Ltd.
