We’re excited to announce that we have reached the finals for the internationally acclaimed Software-as-a-Service Awards (SaaS), which will be judged by a panel of industry experts towards the end of this month.
We have been shortlisted for ‘Best SaaS for Customer Services or CRM’, ‘Best Data-Driven SaaS’, and ‘Best Enterprise-Level SaaS (non-US)’ awards, which given the volume of global entries received is a significant achievement.
Survey software performance that continues to gain increasing recognition on an international stage
While it’s great to receive such global acclaim, it’s also satisfying given all the hard work our teams have done to get here, through a combination of getting the right internal processes in place, and the combined efforts of our product, development, sales, customer service, and support departments.
The survey market continues to see strong global growth as organisations of all types realise the value of collecting and measuring feedback, to make smarter decisions both at a micro and macro level. It’s this growth that has been fuelling our investment, making SmartSurvey one of the leading data collection platforms on the market.
Market growth has enabled us to fuel product development to make SmartSurvey’s software easier to use, through continual improvements to our user interface balanced with new feature releases in the line with user requirements.
Subsequently, the popularity of our survey software continues to grow, and we were delighted to recently pass 300,000 users. It’s an achievement that along with our growing international recognition, SmartSurvey’s CEO, Mo Naser is delighted about:
“We’re thrilled with these latest milestones, which are testament to the efforts of everyone at SmartSurvey. The survey market continues to evolve as do customer’s requirements and we aim to be able to meet these needs through a platform that is easy to use yet can solve a variety of complex data collection problems that organisations face. Through a combination of great UI/UX and powerful functionality that solves customer problems and can make even complex tasks easy, we will drive greater market share. With continued product development and optimisation of internal processes we look forward to bringing even greater value and benefits to our customers’ organisations in the future.”
