The next time you log in to the SmartSurvey app, you’re going to notice a bit of a new feel to some familiar areas. That’s because today, we’ve rolled out new designs for the Dashboard and Support Tickets pages, and replaced the old “Latest Updates” area with a “What’s New” section. Read on for an explanation of these updates.
The first thing you’ll notice is that we’ve added a large area where you’re shown the 5 surveys you’ve worked on most recently. You’ll be able to access these surveys more quickly, saving you time.
The “My Details” box on the right of the page has been simplified so that it better performs its function of displaying important information about your account to you.
Further down the page, you’ll find boxes focused on helping you access support, showing you the latest updates, and links to our most commonly used resources.
We’ve made it easier to access and track the progress of your support tickets. We’ve given the page a new, much clearer layout, showing you the status and last update time much more prominently than before, along with an explanation of what each ticket status means.
We’ve replaced the old “Latest Updates” section with a new “What’s New” page. The new page will be easier to read, and can now include visual content where appropriate, for example to illustrate changes or new features.
We’re committed to updating SmartSurvey so it stays as the best online survey solution, so watch this space for more updates coming soon!
